Belarus’ collective stand to be presented at international food exhibition in Morocco
The National Marketing Centre plans to form a collective exposition of Belarus to present it at Morocco Siema Expo in Casablanca
“Morocco Siema Expo is one of the largest exhibitions in the field of food industry, processing, packaging and equipment in the North African region. Last year, it gathered 235 companies from 29 countries, and the number of visitors exceeded 15 thousand people. In 2025, the exhibition will be held on September 9th-11th, and the National Marketing Centre is planning to organise a collective stand of the republic. Participation in the show will make it possible to present domestic products, services and technologies to a wide specialised audience, as well as to establish business contacts with potential partners,” the National Marketing Centre said in a statement.
As noted, the Moroccan economy is characterised by a high degree of dependence on both external economic factors and natural and climatic phenomena, in particular droughts. According to the Agroexport Federal Centre of Russia, droughts have been common in Morocco due to the climate change in recent years, and they result in a sharp decrease in yields and a significant shortage of agricultural raw materials amid a reduction in production.
