Industry Ministry: Belarus, Botswana discuss strengthening trade-economic liaisons
Belarus is keen to strengthen partnership relations with Botswana – as noted by Belarus’ Deputy Industry Minister Denis Bakei during his talks with Edwin Gorataone Dikoloti, the Minister of Lands and Agriculture of Botswana, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian Industry Ministry’s press service
During the meeting, the parties discussed the establishment of bilateral trade-economic ties, the exchange of experience in industrial development and potential joint projects. Particular focus was given to developing the export of goods and technologies from the Industry Ministry enterprises to the Botswana market.
Belarus’ Deputy Industry Minister emphasised the importance of strengthening partnerships with Botswana as a promising new export region. “We are interested in expanding our co-operation and opening up new markets for industrial enterprises. I am confident that our joint efforts will allow us to achieve good results and strengthen our countries’ positions in the international market,” he emphasised.
Edwin Gorataone Dikoloti, in turn, expressed interest in establishing long-term partnerships and sharing experiences with his Belarusian colleagues.
