ATLANT appliances impressed Venezuelan delegates
A delegation from Venezuela visited production departments of Atlant CJSC — Belarusian household appliances manufacturer, to explore the prospects of mutually beneficial co-operation, the company reports
The Venezuelan delegation included Franklin Ramirez Araque, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Venezuela to Belarus, and Mairena Nieves, the First Secretary of the Venezuelan Embassy in Belarus. Director General of Atlant CJSC Dmitry Kharitonchik and Deputy Director for Commercial Affairs Leonid Pinchuk conducted a tour of the enterprise. The visitors explored the exhibition models of refrigerators, freezers and washing machines, and attended the company's museum to view new models of equipment — compressors and foundry of the Baranovichi Machine-Tool Plant received special attention from the delegates. Apart from that, the visitors were interested in large freezers and side-by-side [vertical split design] refrigerator projects for African countries. The latter particularly impressed the Venezuelans with its functionality and modern design.
Washing machines designed to suit every household's needs, including innovative models with steam function, were also presented to visitors.
“The delegation appreciated high-quality washing machines with steam function that handle cloth with care,” Atlant noted.
The company emphasised that this visit marked a major step for Atlant international co-operation and opened new opportunities for joint projects and global equipment supply.
Atlant CJSC is a manufacturer of popular refrigerators, freezers and washing machines. The company consists of three branches: the Minsk Refrigerators Plant, the Household Appliances Plant (Minsk) and the Baranovichi Machine-Tool Plant.
